Moving to Dublin

I am a 22 year old professional moving to Dublin the 20th November. Never been to the city so I would like to know where is the place to live? Wouldn't mind sharing an apartment as long as I get my own room, and I am going to work in Leixlip so it should be close to public transport. Preferably a train or tram station.

    Thanks :)

Are you going to be working for HP or Intel?

    What's your budget?

I travel from The city to HP Most days, By Public transport.

the 66b bus Travels from The city to HP
The 66 bus goes to Intel.

(not a very long walk between intel and HP)

There is a Train that travels to Leixlip, in around once an hour, and it takes approx 30 mins. goes more frequent rush hour.

Dublins A lovely city. I've lived in leixlip as well, but there isnt a lot to do.

Will you be living with a partner/friends or want a place by yourself.

You can direct msg me if you want if you've any questions about working there/commuting there :)

Welcome to Ireland! (well, in a months time) :pac:

Great great! Now I don't need to ask about the public transport next :D

No I kind of guessed that. Already lived in a suburb twice, so now I'll try the city.

I'm moving there alone. Don't think I can afford living on my own but wouldn’t min living with people I don't know. So perhaps an apartment with 2 or 3 people.

msg? Don't know what that is yet, but you can expect I’ll use your offer J

    Can’t wait!
