I am interested in moving to Ecuador to teach English after completing the 140 hr TEFL course.

I would like to hear from anyone who has experienced Ecuador, you don't need to have taught English there. Any experiences relevant to living there for a period of time are welcome, good or bad.

I can expect a salary of around 290 euro per month. What is the cost of living like in a city like Manta?
