[Share / wanted] Accommodation near UCD and/or room-mate team-up

    Hi

    I'm looking for somewhere near the clonskeagh end of UCD, preferrably within about 20 minutes walk. Ideally a double en-suite but not completely tied to that as long as the place is clean and I've enough storage space.

    Would also consider teaming up with someone/a few people to let an entire place together.

    I'm a 23, female, postgrad student. Easy going enough but I do like a clean house. Max rent would be around the 500 mark, but would go a little bit over if the place was especially nice.

    Just seen your ad and wondered if you happened to find anywhere to stay yet? I am a first year 22 year old who also needs a place to stay; at present I am with my aunty but things are getting a little crowded... I want to live somewhere close by UCD and with relatively cheap rent... So just thought I would drop you a reply in case you found a house that had a spare room or anything!! Thanks :)

    I was wondering if you know any place near UCD that will be available for next semester? (February - June)
    I am looking for a room and I am new to Ireland, so do not really have enough contacts yet.

    I am 22 and also like a clean house.
