Rough cost of doing ACCA?

Hi, kind of a lazy question here but I figured a lot of people that have done the exams might have the figure handy.
Basically looking at roughly how much it was cost to do an ACCA exam per subject. (Books/Evening course/revision course/anything else I would need) I was putting it at approx 1,000 per subject. Would I be far off?
Also Im exempt for 8 of the F exams but I understand I still have to pay something to ACCA to get these exemptions?
The reason I ask is that although I was fully assured in work my exams would be paid for Im now only getting 50% assistance so Im just looking into an approx cost before I jump in. My (very rough) calculation so far is 1,000 per exam and 1,000 for my exemptions which would have me paying 7,000X50%=3,500 which wouldnt be too bad I suppose. But Im hoping someone who has recently done them can give me a slightly more accurate guess,or point out some expense Im leaving out. I'm hoping to do classes in either the Independent colleges or BPP as Ive heard good reviews about both.
Any input is very much appreciated.

It's generally between €750 and €900 per professional level course depending on which college you choose. Also, the colleges will have different offers - buy one course, get one half price.......buy two courses get a free iPad etc.

Shop around but I'd go with whatever tuition provider had the best lecturer tbh. Hope that helps.

Exemptions are only about 75 Euro each.
