How Do I Programming Remote Control for MAGNET Motorola VIP 1910 Box To Control TV

    I just got a replacement Motorola VIP 1910/1920T set top box delivered from MAGNET.


    The set top box comes with a remote control and I want to use this remote control to turn my TV on and off so I don't need to use two seperate remote controls i.e. one to control the set top box and one to turn the TV on and off.


    I have spent all night searching the web for an answer and have found nothing.

    With Magnets old Amino box their were instructions on the web on how to configure the Amino remote control but I can't find anything similar for the Motorola VIP1910/1920T.


    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Well, UPC & Sky use the same codes to control the TV. Maybe, just maybe, you might find a code on the Sky website.
