if your wife doesn't want to be with you anymore, then we're talking the D word. Do you have children? if so, this becomes a whole other ball game.
Basically if you're still married to your wife and she finds out you're having an affair, especially with a man, that makes things very bad for you when the lawyers come around.

Men are discriminated against in Ireland when it comes to custody of children, so by having an affair, you'd be waving a red rag at a bull. Be honest is the only advice I can give.

If you want to be with this man, maybe tell him that you and your wife are off, start from there and see how it goes. Be careful at all times.

This is just an amuater FYI for the long term, in terms of civil partnership but this might run afoul of the Prohibited degree of kinship: Link ? Other posters could better advise.

    I don't think he wants a civil union with his sister's bro-in-law, just sex...lol

Lately I've developed a fascination for my wife's sister's husband. I suspect he's bisexual. There are certain clues. We all know what I mean. But I don't what know how to make the next move. I have a suspicion he is bi and he doesn't sleep with my wife's sister anymore.

    Any advice?

What 'clues'? Are you sure? And how do you know he would actually fancy you, even if he were bisexual?
How do you know he doesn't sleep with his wife? There's no point staying with someone if you never have sex and if your partner tells you to find someone else. That's nuts.
