Backing Up SMS'

Self explanatory really, anybody know if there's a way I can get my iPhone's SMS to my PC then to Android? I've been a happy iPhone customer for over a year and fancy a change again and I'd like to keep all my SMS (I'm just weird like that).

Even if anybody knows where the file is that I'll need to copy over is that would surely be enough (I'm jailbroken and I've got iFile).

Also does anybody know if there's a way I'd be able to copy all my drafts from the twitter app to Android's app (both have the ability to save drafts.) I've got over 1000 tweets that I've got in my drafts (just useless notes) that I'd be lost without.

    Thanks in advance. :)

According to this you can. I have not used it myself.
If you google it more maybe there's free similar programs.

Yeah I've tried looking around the internet a few times. Would you say I'd be able to backup my iTunes and then rummage through the files for the file/folder I'd be looking for?

By now I thought somebody would have an app to even 'sync' SMS between both iOS and Android. Guess it's just Apple being Apple that there's not.
