Few questions about my work

I just want to ask few things...

    1. Uniform
They require me to buy the uniform from their shop, for my own money, quite an expensive uniform. Also the clothes collection changes every 2 months so I HAVE to get a new uniform. Can they do that?

    2. Hours
Let's say the shop is being closed at 6pm. There are 4 employees on the shift. Two of them are on the schedule until 6.30pm, and the other two until 6pm (cleaning and locking up between 6pm - 6.30pm). But all four are required to stay until 6:30pm, despite only two of them are getting paid until 6:30pm. Seems to me like some are better than the others, for some reason.

    3. Wages / hours
Every month, the hours are counted wrong. Every single month wages are incorrect. I mean, adding up like 20-30 hours a MONTH - is that so difficult? And people like this are in the management??

    4. Target
Unreasonable targets. People working 8h a week with the target of 8, and people working 20h-40h with the target of 10. Is this even legal?

Oh, and in the morning, instead of opening the shop on time, they're drinking coffee and chatting around the corner in the cafe. Expecting everyone to be on time, while being late every time.

Please tell me is there anything I can do about all this? I was talking to managers couple of times, but they keep doing what they're doing.

    Thank you.

    You can

    (a) Leave
    (b) Report it to head office
    (c) Report it to HR/Union

Second the leave option, but find alternative work first
