Bought game online.... no activation email, wtf?

23-10-2011 6:58pm#1I bought FM2012 from the official online Sega store today at around 4pm. It verified my card etc., then said I'd receive an activation email with a code to validate on Steam. Never got any email though and the payment went through alright.
Is it normal for it to take this long (4 hours now), or should I have gotten the email immediately? So frustrating. The whole point I bought it online was because I was too lazy to drive the 20mins to Dundrum to get it in HMV. Oh the irony
