    HI ALL,
I had to restore my computer to factory settings. I re downloaded itunes and when i connect my iphone it recognises it. I download a couple of albums(not from itunes) and imported them to the itunes music library. when i try to drag and drop them onto my iphone it wont let me......
If i click on manuallly manage my device it says i have to erase my content.
any way of getting music on without wiping what i already have on it???

no, when you restored the pc you prob deleted the itunes library so itunes has no backups of your iphone and see's it as one that is synced with another itunes library

download sharepod and transfer all the music to the pc from the iphone and then add it to itunes and sync

i dont think you can backup anything because itunes hasnt synced yet but i think only music, videos and ringtones will be deleted
