Is the Contacts box checked in iTunes? If not there are no contacts stored on PC.

Easiest is to sync contacts with Google Contacts, presuming you have a google account.
Then you can add, edit and delete contacts quickly in GC.

    I found them in Outlook.
I have 2 different phones that i sync on the same itunes. But the phone numbers cross over on both the phones. Any ideas how to keep the numbers seperate?

    Thanks

Use two accounts, one for each phone.

yes, when you get your new iPhone, just restore it from the most up to date back up you have and it will give you back all your pictures up to that point in time.

done it for my sister recently.

thanks for that... sounds promising! I actually dunno what a backup is tho or if I did one... :/ does that mean just hooking your phone up to the computer and it syncs- is that a backup or do u have to do more to make it back up? sorry but I'm
    clueless with ITunes... thanks again

Did you sync the old phone with itunes at some point?
If so you probably have a copy of everything on your computer.

I use the app iDrive to back up my contacts. It's free in the app store, I find it very useful.
