Downstairs rads not heating?? I'm stumped

    Downstair rads not heating?? See 3 actuator valves in hot press could something be wrong with them?? Rads upstairs are piping hot downstairs rads were barely warming from September just the tops of them mind but now nothing??

    Baby in house need to sort this ASAP??

    IS there a separate circulation pump for the downstairs circuit? If so check that its working.

    Also, the motorised valve may not be opening fully.

    Check obvious. Is downstairs room stat set very low? The motor valves likey do up, down and cylinder. Easy to spot wire from cylinder stat to valve, ignore that one. Get help, someone to turn stats to call heat while u listen for which valve is up and down or if its actuating. When u isolate down valve press its manual on lever to the override locked setting and see what happens.

    one of the actuators is stuck closed,try turning it manually
