ATM didn't give me the money?

    Hi,

    I went to take out money from a shop ATM today but it failed. I checked my account there and it has taken the money out of my account but i got no money.

    What can i do about that. It was €120.

    Same thing happened to me today, except it was the actual bank Im with but not attached to the bank if you get my drift. And the money appeared to still be there, but it said insufficient funds which didnt make sense

    It'll be refunded, usually by the following working day. If it isn't, contact your bank to make sure they are aware of the issue.

    The same thing happened to my mother 2 weeks ago, the money showed back up in her account a few working days after the transaction
