Right, not sure on this one at all.

You know when you click on the 9.99 flights to European destinations on the Ryanair website and it brings up this page http://www.ryanair.com/en/cheap-london-stansted-uk-eindhoven-netherlands-flights

...for arguments sake London to Eindhoven. Well when I click on the left hand side...enter the dates the deal runs on (07 Nov 2011 to 10 Nov 2011) it comes up with a price of about 20.99 before tax etc

Same with all the other cities...lets say Paris comes up as 60 quid for the same dates, when it's supposed to be 19.99 or whatever.

So basically my question is...how the fck do you use that site to get the stated 9.99 or 20.99 trips to European cities, it just baffles me :(

They are just examples of the lowest fares (without charges e.g. credit card, check-in etc.) you can book!! It doesnt mean all their fares between said destination are that price ! They may only have 6 seats selling at that price, and when they are sold the price rised with demand!! its how they make money !! I fly alot and TBH ryanair are only cheaper then the others the odd time!! Most of the time i find little or no difference between them and Aer Lingus or Air France etc. !

If you're prepared to go on one of the red eye flights then you have half a chance of getting it cheap.

Ryanair get their planes serviced overnight at several European airports, so if you're up for landing at 1AM, you'll probably get the €9.99 flight!

Book in advance, travel lite and fly midweek.

I've never had a problem getting cheap flights with Ryanair. I don't understand why some people hate them because flights may be higher in some cases. Most of the time they're a grand airline to fly with and with reasonable prices for a short destination.

like someone said not all flights are 9.99 you have to look for ones that are, remember airline companies nearly always advertise ONE-WAY prices

just took a quick look there and stansted to eindhoven

november 9th, 10th, 15th, 16 and 17th, its £6 one way so thats less than what they are advertising

I'm going to London in December and flying back from Manchester. Ended up going with Rynair on the way over for €20 and Aer Lingus on the way back for €30- would have been the same price as Ryanair coming back. If Aer Lingus is either the same price or anywhere around €10 in the difference of the Ryanair price I'll gladly make the switch.

they often have that deal but isn't it Rigge or something they actually fly to, not Oslo?

You got a flight to Rygge, 70-ish km from Oslo. Have you factored the extra two hours travel time and the costs in your €40?

Not too different from London, all three main airports are a good distance from the city centre, especially Stansted.
