Hello, i got 99 corsa 1.0, i have obd2 connector to laptop via usb but i don't have the right software.
All the software I was searching for works with all my other cars but not corsa. I tried different opel's aswell and none worker, so it is only opel that i got problems with.

Maybe you know any software that would help me to scan it? thanks a lot for any help.

Software is not the problem, its the hardware, 99 is not eobd.

Some of those non OBD opels can be code read by either

    (a) connecting two of the pins in the DLC together, or
    (b) shorting one of the DLC pins to ground

and counting the number of flashes of the MIL to ascertain a fault code. If you look about online you will find some guidance about how to do this, and also to determine if this procedure can be applied to your car.

You will need to have it read with a proper scan tool. Where are you based?

A 99 corsa 3 cylinder is OBD2 so it should be possible to read it with any OBD2 diagnostic system.

The can suffer an ecu/wireing loom problem which can cause the eml to come on, poor running and no communication with the ecu:eek:

A 99 corsa b will have an X engine which is not obd2. The later Z engines are.

The should read any of the later chain driven XE engines but not the earlier X**NZ or C series engines.

I had my own fairly basic obd2/eobd scanner on a 99 X12XE only yesterday.
