Holiday Suggestions for March

Myself and my girlfriend want to go away somewhere for a week in March, somewhere in the sun, temperatures in the 20's, and reasonably priced. Were thinking of the Algarve but don't think it will be too warm. We are in our late 20's and would like someplace with stuff to do, not just sit by the pool.. Any suggestions? Thks

Canaries, Egypt?
I'd say cyprus would be ok but the problem with places like that is getting cheap flights.

Best bet on a budget for a week is the Canaries.
