No, a degree is necessary for that career. You need to obtain the degree, then have yourself registered with the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists. You can only work under such a career if you're registered with them.

Judging from the ISCP's website, I don't think so.

    http://www.iscp.ie/about-us/faq.html#howtobecome
To be accepted as a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists, students must successfully complete the degree programme at University College, Dublin, Trinity College, Dublin, the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, University of Limerick or the equivalent abroad.

In any case this is just myself behind a laptop. It would be a good idea to send your question to AIT and the ISCP.

AIT School of Science contact link (the course you mentioned is under Life and Physical Sciences) - http://www.ait.ie/science/contact/

The only possible route here is to do this degree, assuming its an hons degree and do a pre-reg postgrad in physio in the UK. You would be better off doing physiology and health science in Carlow IT though, they have an established route to uk universities for physio.
