    Hi,
I need to roughly cost the lifting, insulating, sealing and relaying of an ground floor (suspended timber floor)
    • circa 6m x 4m living room hardwood floor

maybe you guys would have an idea of how/ if its possible to relay, presuming boards are in good condition currently or will they warp when lifted????

    • circa 6m x 8m rest of the ground floor (presume a relatively open plan) with laminate flooring existing to be relayed.

    spec:
carefully remove skirting/ lift timber floors, inspect suspend timbers, (presuming their ok) lay wire mesh between & install insulation (probably PIR 150mm), lay air-tightness membrane over top, up and sealed to wall with adhesive behind skirting, relay floors & skirting.

Ideally a Msq ball park figure and what I should be watching out for..
thanks a million for your help in advance..
