Just a quick question in relation to post running warm/cool down. NOT SEEKING and medical advise here.

I have my own routine of streches etc to warm down, which is very effective so no help needed there.

Ita a common fact the your feet swell during LSR, what do people do to reduce the swelling?

In my situation feet feel back to normal after about 60-80 mintues of running.

Never noticed or thought about it tbh. You do a 60 - 80 minute warm-down

Yes, feet swell when running. It's a fact of life. That's why your runners should be at least half a size bigger than your street shoes.

What I do about it after the run? Nothing. And that has worked for me for the last 7 years. I don't stretch either. That works for me, too.

Yes your feet swell a bit when running. If you're swollen quite a bit, then your shoes may be tied too tight, or, as suggested by Thomas, you may be using either street shoes or running shoes that are too small. Imho, any swelling shouldn't be so much that you'd notice anything under normal circumstances.

Wait until you get a bit older Thomas! .........then you'll have to do it or lose it! ;)
