UPC -Thompson modem Rebooting It's Self

Im with UPC. I had the old Cisco modem and it was reseting it's self randomly, so i heard a friend got a thompson router off UPC when he upgraded to 50mg/s so i did, but this modem is even worse. Everytime i boot up my pc and windows starts the thompson modem reboots and i have to wait to establish a connection again. Has…
