What email service/program are you using? Is there a message at the top of the email saying links have been blocked for security reasons or something like that?

If there is there should be an option to allow links to be displayed/clickable.

Go here https://appleid.apple.com - official site. Click "Manage your account".
If it works there ignore mail, might be scam to get your details.

Don't think there's any scam, lots of people are having problems owing to the migration to iCloud etc. Myself included.

Am on this page, trying to edit and resend verification email to new address but nothing happens.

Same here. I have tried several times over the last 2 weeks to verify my apple id, but nothing happens. No email or anything.

The id is fine. Its been in use for years and I can use it for iTunes no problem.

Ive got this email as well and have ignored it.
I rang apple and they tell me my account is fine.
I think its a scam coz Apple couldnt tell me what it was.
