Hearing Voices... Help

When i hear voices its like you something you’d see in a movie, like when bruce almighty became god, its never one voice its like 20 voices all at once and I can never make out whats being said... its creepy like voice ambiance or something
Imagen you took 20 voices, all saying different things and speeded them up thats what it sounds like
These voices never tell me to do anything, its not that bad, thought they do give me headaches and worry me a lot and its very random and never lasts for more than 5 mins, what could this be? and what should I do? Please help

You're not allowed to give medical advice on Boards so I'm not sure you'll have much luck I'm afraid, but hope you find the answer to your problem somehow OH's brother has permanent tinnitus following a work accident and finds leaving a radio on all the time helps shut it out

Could you ask them to speak one at a time. They may not be aware
they are talking over one another. Or it could be simple bad manners.
