    Anyone know about this kinda stuff??

    I got a HTC wildfire (Mobile phone) and i downloaded a Golflogix GPS app onto it.
    I know i need GPS enabled on my mobile but do i need to have mobile network enabled to.
    What i really want to know is this thing going to chew up my credit?

    Would've taken down the Skydroid app ;) ... you don't need to enable anything else - but it will chew yer battery life

    It's ok ... it relies on google maps to calculate distance .. but you can go in and edit the course ... some courses are mapped without them using the lowest zoom available and the distances are distorted .. go in zoom as far as you can and see if the tags are correct
