    Howdy all,

    Quick question:

    When I'm resizing an image in photoshop, I go to the image resize menu.
    It pops up saying 'Pixel dimension 34.5mb'

    However when it's exported the file size is 5.3 mb.
    That's the actual file size, right?

    What size are you resizing it to?
    34.5Mb sounds about right for file in an uncompressed format (RAW, Tiff etc).
    5.3Mb sounds about right for a jpg (compressed).

    There we are so. I'm working off a .NEF and converting to a .jpg.
    I knew that and all - ever have just one of those days?
