between mine and his were looking at about 300 guests so about 250 turning up
we have visited foto, maryborough, radison, garryvoe ,middleton park castlematyr etc. seeing them fine and all but hearing from guests we could get a feeling for which of them would suit us

Some people I know went to a wedding in the Radisson and they said the food was the best they've had at a wedding. The Maryborough has fantastic service, good food and they have a good packages. They're great to deal with. Also, someone I know went to a wedding in Castlemartyr recently and said it was very average.

im getting married in dungarvan and am having my reception in the park hotel. they have offered an amazing package. i would look into it. it's a gorgeous hotel and if your on a budget it's def worth looking into. i would have loved to have had my reception in the garryvoe hotel but when it came to choosing the two regarding our guests and the climate we are in, we went with the park. it does very much depend on our budget ( if you have one) and who is coming to your wedding. we get to have a 3 day wedding instead of 1 or 2 day wedding in this case. which suits perfect as most of the guests attending will be coming from out of town.

Faithlegg in Waterford is absolutely beautiful. We have booked it for our wedding but i think it holds a maximum of 200 guests so it might be a bit small. Check it out www.faithlegg.com
