Panasonic TX-L37DT30L versus TX-L37E30L

    We are looking for a new TV for SD/HD viewing, no 3D.

    Does anyone know if there is a noticeable difference between these 2?
    I know the DT30L has a higher rate panel drive.

    Also, the UK version, which is available on Amazon, 30B, has a Freesat tuner.
    We are using Sky+ so would the Freesat tuner add anything worthwhile?
    And would it run off the Sky dish?
