Buyer didnt pay for item-what should I do?

    Hi lads. Have small problem. I was selling a TV for 250euro. One lad call me that he will take it and lodged 100e deposit to my account. So I posted the tv to him day after. More than month gone and he didnt pay the rest money-150euros. When I called him(almost every day) he just says that he have no money at the moment and ask me to wait another week but I am sick of that and it seems like he wont pay the 150e at all..meanwhile he damaged scart connector on tely so I dont want it back-just want my money and he can keep the tv. As i am not Irish I have no idea what to do. Dont know the Irish law. Thanks in advance for your advices.

    yea.. small new LED tv/screen..for special use..only 30cm large.

    i thought that its more hassle than its worth too but u know.. that b2stard needs to be stopped.. who knows how many people was or will be in my situation caused by this guy.

    Maybe if you and a friend were to visit him he might stump up the cash, once he knows your serious about it and prepared to spend time to get your money, I assume you know where he lived if you posted the telly to him

    He did.. half of the amount and should pay the rest on monday
