Ltd startup non-EEA student as director?

    I would like to know if a non-EEA citizen can become a director of a ltd company without special permission when the other director is a Irish citizen.
    Does the fact that they will be joint director wave the requirement of having business permission and 300k to invest to start company?
    If the non-EEA would be present in ireland on Student visa allowing 20 hours of work, is it legal to be working as director of company for those hours?
