Meteor Broadband to Go problem

    Hi,
Similar to another user in another thread I have a problem with my Meteor Broadband to Go stick. It won't work on my laptop. The program opens when I insert the stick, but I can't connect to it, it says no network, and I can't top it up with credit either. I know that the problem is my laptop, as it works on the home computer. It used to work fine before the summer but since October no joy. I tried unstalling it using Add or Remove Programs but the process wouldn't complete, so then I tried deleting the whole 'Broadband to Go' folder in C:> Program File (x86) folder and then reinstalling it, but got the error message 'CreateLogFile CreateFile failed.'
Any ideas on what I could do to fix this?
Any help would be really appreciated. Cheers!

Try CCleaner to wipe it off your computer and then Reinstall.

    Hi again,
Cheers for your reply. I tried CCleaner, tried to uninstall the program in the Tools section but got the same 'CreateLog etc.' response, then just deleted the entry and still no good.
Any other ideas on how to get my stick working properly again?

    Hi,

I uninstalled the Broadband to go program but the mistake I made was not uninstalling the HUAWEI program aswell. Removed it, re-installed my dongle and it worked.
