    Hi guys,

Looking for some ideas for summer 2012. In my final year in college, iv done two j1s, to Huntington Beach and San Diego. Would like a change from that I think as I'd like to go back to California on a 1 year Graduate Visa after a masters.
Looking to do something different? Inter-railing came into my head, so did Thailand and the whole south east Asia thing, Iv never done the mad holiday to Ayia Napa or Ios either, thats also something I thought about. Would like some suggestions or recommendations on past experiences please!

It's hard to know without knowing what you're into. I go to India most summers. Love the place, but it's not everyone's cuppa tae. I've also spent summers in Peru and Nicaragua. Central America is amazing and often overlooked. You can do cheap scuba diving there.
You could get there pretty cheap when you do your year in America though.
If I could go anywhere for a summer right now it'd be Russia.

How about just going to one of the flight search engines and see where you can get cheap flights to?
