Heating Systems

Building a new house 3200 sq foot and office 1000sq foot and need to heat both, have no idea which heating system to use. Have priced and spoken to geo-thermal guys, same for solid fuel and wood gasification burner but everyone seems to sell their own system. We think we have about 155 thousand BTU's to heat in the house and 65 thousand BTU's in the office. We have blow in insulation and dry lining inside so hopefully will not need too much heat.
If anyone can give advice on heating systems and what is adequate to heat this size of house and garage.
    Thanks

Contact an independant heating engineer. Ask for a written expertise.
As you said: sellers want to sell.

Second that. You need to hire a building services engineer. They will calculate your heat requirements and are bond by current building regs to install an efficient system.
