Reusing old potting compost

Hi - I have a good few summer flowering planters with store bought compost in them. Wondering if it would be a good idea to dig the old compost into raised beds that I just built for growing veg next year. There are no obvious signs of pests or desease. Anyone else do this?
    Cheers

I always do this and have never had any problems.

Don't forget to dig plenty of organic material (eg manure) into your beds at this time of the year also.

Thanks a lot. And to think I've been throwing it out till I thought to myself, waitaminute!
I have manured them already. Would it be best to bag the compost up and add it in spring? Or just throw it in now?
