Guys posting this for my friend. My friend had interview for Graduate support role in IBM last week, She is fairly confident to pass it but thing is that it's 10 month contract. * Do Ibm offers permanent role after contract? * What salary can she expect? Any other help appreciated.

I would think she may be waiting a while for a permanent contract - IBM are fond of FTC's ( Fixed Term Contractors ) and from friends working there I hear there are not many permanent jobs there at the moment but that could change if/when the world economy picks up.
No idea of pay .
