Can any of my fellow foodies please recommend a nice fish stock they have used recently? I'm making a chowder soon for a dinner party and I don't have time to make one myself so I'm hoping someone can recommend a good one that can be bought? I live in Dublin 4 so have access to pretty much all the shops - thanks in advance! :)

Fallon and Byrne usually have frozen fish stock. Haven't used it but the chicken one was good.
