[Wanted] Spare sitting room?

    Hey all :)
    I am a 21 year old girl in UCD looking for anyone nearby (walking distance or on a direct bus route) who has a spare sitting room they are willing to rent out as a bedroom. I can pay 2000-300 depending on having to get a monthly bus pass as they are 85 euro a month plus bills. Can supply my own bedroom furniture. Would reduce your own rent and would mean I could stop crashing on my lovely friends couch.
    I am neat, friendly, don't smoke but wouldn't mind moving in with smokers.

    I've a sitting room available in d8 just off thomas st, its about 10-15mins walk into town, im not sure if there is any bus routes that go to ucd nearby
    its already has a bed and some bits and pieces of furniture will be going for 200 + bills if ur interested pm me ^^
