hello guys, ive made a blunder,i was self employed for a few years during the boom,at the end of 2009 it all went belly up,i didnt submit my tax return(rct tax) for 2009,now i have a summons to appear in court in december,im going to get my tax in order before the court date,i only earned 25,000 that year so my tax cant be that much, just wondering what to expect from the revenue when i send in my VERY late returns and the judge when im standing infront of him? any advice or experience on this would be greatly apreiciated as im crapping it right now!!

No way you could settle with them now before it goes to court? Are they even open to the idea?

Go see an accountant/tax specialist who knows what they are doing.

Do not go into court yourself without proper advice. It shouldnt even get that far.
