Hello, I was looking for some advice.
One of the Planning conditions attached to our recent grant of planning permission for a residential property was that we needed to submit details for a "sustainable urban drainage system including attenuation and hydrobrake for written agreement prior to commencement"
If anyone had any advice on systems used to satisfy this condition or could point me in the direction of any guidance I'd appreciate.
The house is in an established estate and there's a connection available to a surface water sewer in the road outside.
Offaly Councty Council are the Local Authority.
