Origin update for BF3

The current version of Origin is now 8.3 which is specifically tagged as required for BF3. Best get it updated now before preload begins on the 21st.

I got a mail about this this morning, they promise to send mails with pre-load keys before 11:59 tomorrow. hopefully it won't be like the beta situation with Irish customers getting overlooked.
