ebay , hong knog and free postage

hey all i bought a key chain, solar led light off ebay and it cost €0.82. including free postage from hong knng

got it this morning , at a stamp on it saying 47 postage paid . i xe converted and it said that 47 kkd (hong knog dollers ) was €4._
how did the guy make a profit on this yoke

this inset a once off lost , he sell lots of this shít buy it now

op , thats just a stamp , the same as what they do here , just like stamping over the stamp they do here

I've bought couple things off ebay from hong kong at ridiculouly low prices, 1 cent at one time, usually they are marked as a gift, or low value and are free for the seller to post.
