I bought a paid of sunglasses on the internet. Turned out they came from China. They came yesterday, but were the wrong ones, as in, not the ones I ordered.

Seller is saying if I don't like them, I can send them back to him at my expense, and he will refund me, but wont refund his postage, and will charge me a 15% restocking fee.

Sureley he needs to refund me in total, including a refund of any shipping costs I have to incur?

After all, I didn't get the correct product.

Depends on how you paid for them; you may be right in a legal sense but if you paid by lets say bank transfer you got no chance of getting the money back.

Start a Paypal dispute (assuming that's how you paid) for significantly not as described. You will need to pay for return postage though, as that's how eBay/Paypal operate.

it wasn't ebay or amazon or anything, an independent site

ring the card company and ask about your online protection

That's a chinese rip-off/knock off/fake/replica/scam site. (see whois info below)

It also has no postal address listed on the site and uses a gmail address. Never ever do any business with sites which don't display this info.

Personally I reckon you were lucky to get anything. Watch your credit card statements carefully in the next while.

The price would be the first thing. The look of the site would be second, and anything coming from HK is going to be fake.

The name of the site alone seemed prime to be selling fakes. Simply google the name of the site in future with the word fake or scam.

The site itself even says its replica raybans
    http://www.sunglassesonlineshop.org/Ray-Ban/
One of the most popular replica sunglasses are the Ray Ban replica sunglasses loved by a lot of fashion followers

you can ask for full refund, if this is the seller's fault , once I bought an iphone case from FP, but they send me the wrong one, finally they fully refund me

    rang my credit card company.

    they pretty much don't care.

told me to send the items back and have proof of postage. then they might be able to raise a query.

if there are terms and conditions on the sellers site that they can charge me restocking fee, import fee, credit card taxes & postage, then it is my tough sh1t. . . even though i didn't get what I ordered!!!

    So much for customer protection
