How Long Do Appeals Take?

I sent in an appeal form for a failed autumn exam about four weeks ago now. I did get a letter of acknowledgement not long afterward, but nothing since. Does anybody know how long they usually take? Thanks.

apparantly they take between 5 and 6 weeks
