Geisha pinup

I have a picture in my head for my next tattoo, but looking for advice on who would be good (preferably in Dublin) at a geisha pinup type, I'd say it's gonna take a while for me to find someone who can actually draw what's in my brain but suggestions as to where I could start looking would be awesome :)
