    true story.

Ball in bunker. Part of carcass of animal poking out from surface (balance of carcass apparently buried). The piece of the carcass interfered with stance.

    Any relief?

this was a casual round, and no relief was taken.

Animal carcass buried in a bunker!! Are you sure it wasn't an old timer who gave up after ten attempts to get out and then just lay down?

if it was a cow or sheep or something id take relief but if it was only a mouse or rabbit i think id play as it lies

Moving a loose impediment (that interferes with stance or ball or swing path) in a bunker is a no-no so even though it's an unusual one I'd be saying that it was a natural object and was therefore a loose impediment so no relief.

No relief. Play as it lies or take an unplayable.
