Vodafone Leopardstown Interview

Got a call from one of the Girls from Rigney Dolphin saying i had a interview tomorrow.She mentioned that the Interview was 3 hours long. I presume there will be role plays and group Interviews. Has any one experienced this interview or gone through this with Vodafone before. Any Hints or tips would be greatly appreciated.
