    Hi woodworkers,
    Looking for tips or recommended websites for a side hinged garage door design, like the ones for sale here: www.woodworkersuk.co.uk/wooden-garage-doors.htm
    Garage ope is approx 8 foot by 8 foot.

    In the link u provided I see
    Wooden garage door specifications

    All of our timber side hung garage doors are made to measure and all doors
    feature rebated meeting stiles unless requested otherwise.

    Stiles all Ex 4" x 2" (100mm x 50mm),
    Top rails & solid centre rails all Ex 4" x 2" (100mm x 50mm),
    Solid bottom rails all Ex 6" x 2" (150mm x 50mm)
    Barefaced centre and bottom rails all Ex 4" x 1 1/4" (100mm x 32mm)
    T&G boarding all Ex 4" x 3/4 " (100mm x 19mm)

    what more do you need, I made mine 5 and 3 rather than 4 a 4 wide
