    Hey all,

    I'm just back from my first 40km cycle but my back started to trouble be after the first 20km, it felt like just a strain... I normally do 22km and 32km trips...

    The area circled in red is the area affected today, only happened on my right hand side

    Can anybody suggests stretches that may prevent this from happening again, or anything else that would be of help to me.
