    hi,

    I had an eby account for a while and when i try to log in i cannot.

    I admit I have probably forggoten the answers to my secret questions and I am not certain of the emial address I originally gave them, so basicaly I have only my user i.d.

    So I have tried for ages to find a phone number and all I get is an American based number with a pin attached, is there an irish number?

    I think this has come up before and the answer is you're not going to get them to reactivate your old account if you don't have the required information. Contacting eBay is practically impossible too, except through the website (which you need to log on to in order to contact them).

    Set up a new account.

    UPDATE,

    As I really wanted to re-activate my existing account due to a 100% feedback record I rang the American website number and they sent me an email with instructions on resetting my password, the call lasted about 10 mins so I cant wait for my next bill! Anyway glad to say it worked and for anyone who wants to go down this rather expensive but ultimately neccessary route thanks to Ebay not providing a simple UK or Irish based contact, the number is below,
