Can't remember how to simplify this, can someone help:

    (1/x)/(1/x + 1)

    1
    x
    1 + 1
    x

    Is it:

    1
    1 + x

    ?

    You tell me.

    To multiply fractions, you use

    (a/b) times (c/d) = ac/bd.

The trick here is to multiply (1/x)/(1/x + 1) by 1 in a clever way.

    x/x = 1, so what's

    (1/x)/(1/x + 1) times x/x?

It's easy to check your answer, just let x=something and check!
