one parent family tax refund

if i were claiming tax from the one parent family tax credit,,does anyone know on what basis do the revenue provide the tax refund??

For e.g if the tax credit for the year was €1650 and the tax i paid in that entire year was€967.00,,would i be entitled to a refund of €967.00

I hope someone can enlighten me on the matter.

Yes, in a situation like that you could probably get a full refund.
Just give them a call and they will be able to tell you.

Yes you'd be entitled to refund. Also your cut off point would increase too
