Its Harvard style.That said I think its a slightly particular Harvard style that is very slightly different to the generic Harvard, I went to one of the library talks on Endnote (very helpfull) and I remember noticing that the demonstrator selected a particular Harvard style that wasn't on my copy of program so it may be a user created one. I have never been marked down to my knowledge however for using generic harvard style
